  • What is your cancelation and refund policy?

    If you cancel by February 14, 2025, a full refund minus a $50 processing will be provided. If you cancel from February 15-21, 2025, a 50% refund will be provided. If you cancel on February 22, 2025, or later, no refund will be provided but you can apply the credit to a future Rally Academy course. Note: This course is not available for vendors or agencies. Rally reserves the right to approve or reject registrants.

  • What tools are used in the course?

    By registering for this Rally Academy Course, you are also signing up to use our Rally AI tool in order to complete the hands-on exercises and homework assignments. During the 2-week course, you'll have access to Rally Inside with Rally AI. After the course is over, your access to Rally AI will end, but you will continue to have access to the Free Plan of Rally Inside.

  • How long will I have access to the course?

    Your access never expires! You can re-watch the videos and download the course materials pretty much forever. Plus, you'll always have access to the Discussion feature to ask questions.

  • How quickly will I get access to the course after I buy?

    The course will be held live on February 26, 2025. If you can't make it, don't worry, you'll be able to access the on-demand videos beginning March 3, 2025.
