  • What is your cancelation and refund policy?

    If you cancel by January 13, 2026, a full refund minus a $50 processing fee will be provided. If you cancel from January 14 - February 3, 2026, a 50% refund will be provided. If you cancel on February 4, 2026, or later, no refund will be provided but you can apply the credit to a future Rally Academy course or Rally Workshop. Note: This program is not available for vendors or agencies. Rally reserves the right to approve or reject registrants.

  • What tools are used in this program?

    By registering for this Rally Academy Certificate Program, you are also signing up to use our Rally Inside with Rally AI tool in order to complete the hands-on exercises. During the program, you'll have access to Rally Inside with Rally AI. After the program is over, your access to Rally AI will end, but you will continue to have access to the Free Plan of Rally Inside.

  • How long will I have access to the program videos and materials?

    Your access never expires! You can re-watch the videos and download the program materials pretty much forever. Plus, you'll always have access to the Discussion feature to ask questions.

  • How quickly will I get access to the program after I buy?
