  • What is your cancelation and refund policy?

    If you cancel by March 1, 2025, a full refund minus a $50 processing will be provided. If you cancel from March 2-15, 2025, a 50% refund will be provided. If you cancel on March 16, 2025, or later, no refund will be provided but you can apply the credit to a future Rally Academy course or Rally Workshop. Note: This course is not available for vendors or agencies. Rally reserves the right to approve or reject registrants.

  • What tools are used in this course?

    By registering for this Rally Academy Certificate Program, you are also signing up to use our Rally Inside with Rally AI tool in order to complete the hands-on exercises. During the 2-week course, you'll have access to Rally Inside with Rally AI. After the course is over, your access to Rally AI will end, but you will continue to have access to the Free Plan of Rally Inside.

  • How long will I have access to the course videos and materials?

    Your access never expires! You can re-watch the videos and download the course materials pretty much forever. Plus, you'll always have access to the Discussion feature to ask questions.

  • How quickly will I get access to the course after I buy?

    An information session will be held in March for the first cohort of enrolled students. The first class will begin on April 2, 2025, and take place each Wednesday for 5 weeks. If you can't attend live, don't worry, you'll be able to access the on-demand videos beginning May 19, 2025.
